The goods are delivered throughout Ukraine and the whole world (except Russia). Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta (free of charge). Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta (free of charge).
The product is sent within 1-2 days after the end of production.

How is the order placed?
In the product catalog, you choose a product (shoes or bag). When ordering shoes, it is possible to choose the height of the heels and the lining option in some models. After choosing the necessary equipment, click on the button "sew according to my measurements", after which the points with taking measurements will open one by one. For your convenience, they come with a photo and description. Some models are available, they are highlighted in the size range, they can be purchased in one click. When ordering a bag, you can choose its size and color. You can add a comment to each order, in which you can specify your wishes.
What is the deadline for making an order?
We sew all our models to order according to your measurements and taking into account your wishes. The production time for shoes is 14-20 days, the production time for bags is 7-10 days. When ordering a set, the production period is 14-20 days.
How is the delivery?

Orders are paid for on the website using bank details or using the WayForPay money system.

When tailoring to order, there is no return of the product. Only goods purchased from stock are eligible for return. In this case, according to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. Refunds are made after receiving the goods and without signs of wear. Funds are returned automatically within several banking days to the same details from which the payment was made.
